1. About the Property
A studio on the fifth floor of A La Carte Beach Hotel. My Khe Beach is 150 metres away.
One open room: a king bed, a sofa, a desk under the corner window. The window gives a side view of the sea, not a full beachfront outlook. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in rain shower.
The kitchenette is set up for real cooking, with a refrigerator and freezer, induction stovetop, microwave, rice cooker and kettle. There is also a 50-inch smart TV, high-speed WiFi and a safe. Towels and toiletries are refreshed every two nights. The studio sleeps two.
The rooftop pool, gym, restaurants, bar, spa and laundry belong to the hotel and are charged separately from your stay. Parking is for motorbikes only. The building does not accept cars.
Stays of three nights or more include a complimentary one-way airport pickup.
Vietnamese law requires temporary-residence registration. Please have your passport and visa ready at check-in.
2. About the Host
We are based in Da Nang and have been hosting here since 2024, across villas and serviced apartments around the city.
Cleaning is done by our own team, not a rotating agency, and every property runs to the same checklist. Linens and toiletries are replaced on a schedule, not when someone complains.
We answer messages from early morning until late evening, in English and Vietnamese, and can come to the apartment when that is faster than typing. If something is wrong during your stay, tell us and we deal with it the same day.
3. About the Neighborhood
The building stands on Vo Nguyen Giap, the road that follows the shoreline. My Khe Beach is 150 metres from the lobby door.
One block inland the streets fill with small Vietnamese kitchens, bakeries and coffee shops that open early and stay open late. The nearest seafood restaurant is a forty-metre walk.
Pham Van Dong seaside park is 550 metres north, quiet at midday and busy again in the late afternoon, when the neighbourhood comes out to walk.
Dragon Bridge and the Han River are a short drive west. Son Tra, the Marble Mountains and Hoi An all work as half-day trips. The airport is about fifteen minutes by car.

6. Chưa xác minh — soát trước khi dán
- "fifth floor" — suy từ số phòng theo quy ước của 305 (phòng 305 = tầng 3), chưa đọc được chỗ nào ghi thẳng.
- 150 m tới biển · 550 m tới công viên Phạm Văn Đồng · 40 m tới quán hải sản · 15 phút ra sân bay — lấy từ bản 305 đang chạy, cùng toà nên dùng lại được, chưa tự đo.
- Không đưa số uy tín vào About the Host. 305 đang chạy "host rating 9.8" và "100+ five-star reviews";
metrics.mdchỉ có số Airbnb (Superhost 3 năm · 4,96★ · 186+ đánh giá, snapshot 30/06/2026). Muốn thêm số Booking phải đọc lại lúc dán. - Không nêu diện tích — listing khai 50 m² nhưng vault không có nguồn đối chiếu.

alacarte-hotel-services.md), nên hai listing không lệch nhau. ⚠️ Cố ý bỏ giờ mở cửa của gym — Fine Print 305 ghi "approx 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM" còn website khách sạn ghi 06:00–22:00, hai nguồn đang mâu thuẫn. ⚠️ Không chép ~20 dòng COVID boilerplate của 305 — đó là Booking tự gắn năm 2020–21, nay có câu sai sự thật (issueL-50).
ARRIVAL

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
Guests must show a photo ID on arrival. Vietnamese law requires every guest to register for temporary residence, so please have a photo of your passport and your visa or entry stamp ready.
OCCUPANCY
This is a studio apartment for a maximum of 2 guests. Extra beds and cribs are not available. Guests under 18 can only check in with a parent or legal guardian.
PARKING
The building has motorbike parking only, charged at 5,000 VND per entry or 10,000 VND overnight. Cars cannot be parked at the building.
AIRPORT PICKUP
Stays of 3 nights or more include one complimentary one-way airport pickup, from the airport to the apartment. Please send your flight details at least 24 hours before arrival.
