Жили две недели семьёй 4 человека, удобно ходить на пляж, вид на море только с балкона, апарты расположены с торца здания, уборка по запросу, есть питьевая вода в бутылях. Из минусов, музон от ежедневной дискотеки до 22:00, бассейн на крыше платный, не хватает стиральной машины. Это частные апартаменты и к гостинице они не относятся. Но в целом, все понравилось, прижились:)), за все время поймал штук пять муравьев и одного таракана, хороший результат. Для первой линии цена просто класс. Спасибо хозяйке. Что можно улучшить. Поставить диспенсер (крантик в бутылке так себе решение) и стиральную машину.

KhenPositiveStay is very close to a river and close to My Khe beach and airport as well. In itself, place has a pool, sauna room and a proper kitchen. My family enjoyed all the services provided by the stay thoroughly. Overall a 10/10 stay.

It was a clean and comfortable accommodation. Their response was prompt, and thanks to them, I was able to have a wonderful trip. If I travel again, I would be willing to stay here again.
A very cool house for the price!
huy n hannah were both very nice and they responded on time (which is very helpful). they also provided airport services which i think its very worth it! we also contacted their recommended driver for the next trip to ba na hills with good price! overall awesome place and definitely will recommend our friends and families
This property enjoys an excellent location with plenty of delicious dining options nearby, and it is just a short walk to My Khe Beach. The host is easy to communicate with and proactively helped us solve any issues we encountered. Highly recommend this place!
Our family needed an emergency airbnb at night since the airbnb.that we booked was not liveable. I came across Hannah & Huy’s airbnb and they immediately helped us with it. I really appreciate how Hannah was really responsive, friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The airbnb is the BEST one that I’ve been in so far. Gorgeous house, clean, tidy and smell so fresh. The bed was so comfy and I had the best sleep for the past 2 weeks. The house was equipped with high-tech appliances as well such as changing colours mirrors and light sensor wardrobe. Wish i could stay for longer. Thank you so much for an amazing time at the airbnb! Will definitely come back !!
If we could live here, we would. The house is very spacious, with two living areas for hanging out: one on first floor open to the kitchen and dining space and another on the top floor next to an outdoor dining space. The karaoke machine on the top floor was a nice touch although we never used it.
This is a filial piety trip I arranged for my parents; The room is very convenient for us to go anywhere, surrounded by food and play, and the careful service of the landlord makes the family live very happy and comfortable! I strongly recommend this one. I hope you can choose it with confidence.
Exactly as advertised. Perfect and beautiful home just a few minutes away from the beach. Central and quiet. House has all what you need: fully equipped and modern kitchen, big rooms and comfy beds, nice rooftop and TV rooms. Highly recommended! On top, perfect communication with everyone!
We really enjoyed spending our vacation in this apartment. The location is great — close to the beach, surrounded by small restaurants, shops, massage salons, and everything you might need for everyday life.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this three bedroom villa in Da Nang! From the moment we arrived everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The villa itself is luxurious and spacious, with comfortable beds, tasteful, decor, and all the amenities you could possibly need – it was so well stocked, we felt right at home. The owners/managers were incredibly attentive and responsive throughout our stay. Anytime we had a question or needed something, they were quick to help and genuinely kind. Their above and beyond hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic! It’s just a five minute walk to the beach and surrounded by tons of walkable shops, cafés and delicious restaurants. It was the perfect balance of relaxation inconvenience. We highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Da Nang we will absolutely stay here again!
slight issue was that there were some cockroaches seen during our day 2. but once we informed the hosts, they quickly asked us for when we are away and they quickly settled the issue. since then, no more cockroaches! 🥳

We spent 2 weeks here and found the central location and easy access to the beach and local eateries excellent. The building management now charges you 100,000 VND to use the pool each time and the same for the gym (which is pitiful).
We’re a family with kids, and Huy’s place was a perfect match for us. There was plenty of space for our family. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, and each room has its own en suite bathroom. The cleanliness was good, and the room looked exactly like the photos. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay.
This apartment worked well for our three week stay in Da Nang. It’s across the street from the beach and included weekly cleaning, which was very nice. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the WiFi worked great. In short, just what we needed.
Check-in was smooth and pleasant. The host was easy to communicate with and always available. I asked about early check-in, and since the room was still being cleaned, the host kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at noon without any problem. Special thanks to the cleaner who carried our bags to the room—she was very helpful and greeted us warmly with a big smile, even though she was clearly busy.
I had a wonderful stay here! Huy was very accommodating and even helped recommend a private driver, which made getting around so much easier. The place was spotless, exactly as shown in the pictures, and felt very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!
You have access to the hotel facilities. Some come with a small charge. But, compared with the price you would pay for the same size room at the hotel; this is a very attractively priced option.

The only bad thing is that the prices for food and drinks in the hotel are very high compared to everywhere else around including other hotels but this isn’t anything to do with the host who is very nice and accommodating.

Huy's apartment is modern and in a perfect location. Apartment is just like the photos. The lovely Hannah greeted us in the lobby making check in smooth and seamless which was much appreciated after a long flight. Great place to stay right on the middle of the center of the oceanfront activity. Clean and well managed team will always available to help. Appreciated the roof top infinity pool with 180 degrees ocean view ! Definitely come back for this beautiful place.

Though the apartment does not belong to (but private managed) the hotel but even the hotel staff were friendly and helpful in any cases. There are two separated bathrooms and it was for us the highlight. At the balcony of the living room we can see the sea very well and it is not too loud even though it locates directly at the main streets.

We have been travelling in Asia and South America for 6 months now and we stayed in dozens of apartments and villas along the way. This place we feel was the best experience we have had so far. Beds are comfortable, kitchen equipment is complete, water is hot, the washing and drying machines are new, the whole place feels new and is very well fitted out. Feels like 5 star Accomodation. Plus the location is perfect.

If you want to cross the street to My Khe/Danang beach, this is a great choice. It is right in the middle of everything. I strongly recommend this place, reasonable price, the rooftop swimming pool is outstanding + the sky bar (on the expensive side though)

Останавливались семьей в этих апартаментах. Отличная квартира в отеле A la carte beach Danang. Услуги отеля все платные, бассейн в том числе. Бассейн супер на крыше. Круглосуточная охрана, парковка, тренажерный зал , рестораны. Расположение также понравилось тем, что немного народу как в центре, и цены везде ниже чем в центре. До центра пляже khe beach около 2,5 -3 кило километров, такси стоит копейки дешево. В центре всКафешек рядом тоже достаточно много под разный бюджет. Магазины мини маркеты также рядом. Пляж такой же как везде хороший, но бич клабы простые и с плохим сервисом, поэтому мы ездили на такси в Kala Kala beach club там нам очень понравилось и бассейн есть. Сама квартира с боковом видом на море и пляж , но вид хороший. В квартире есть всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, хотя мы немного готовили , иногда завтраки. Квартира очень уютная, три комнаты вместе с гостиной, две душевых, смарт-тв. Спасибо управляющей и владельцу апартаментов всегда шли на встречу и помогали в любых вопросах.

I booked this Airbnb last minute, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Despite my late arrival, nearly midnight, Hannah personally welcomed me and showed me to my room with warmth and professionalism, immediately making me feel at home. The unit was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with amenities like water, coffee, tea, and even instant noodles—perfect after a long day of travel. The location was ideal, right on the oceanfront with amazing views, and there were 24-hour convenience stores nearby for added convenience. This place definitely lives up to its many excellent reviews. The host’s hospitality and the pristine condition of the unit made my stay truly exceptional. I’m already looking forward to returning! Not Recommended. Left After 2 Nights The host is responsive and helpful. The flat is fine with a great paid breakfast buffet. But... I was meant to stay for three weeks but left after just two nights. The main issue was the noise, there’s a karaoke bar next door that blasts music until 5 a.m. If you’re a light sleeper, even with earplugs, you won’t get any rest here. The internet technically shows 50+ Mbps, but the latency is so bad that everything lags. Clicking around online felt like a throwback to dial-up days. Not suitable for working remotely or doing anything that requires real-time responsiveness. Cleanliness was also disappointing. I found hair from the previous guest on the bed, in the towel, and even on the kitchen counter. It didn’t feel clean or comfortable. Doing my workout on the floor you can see the layer of dust and hair. The flat itself is fine layout-wise, but the noise, poor hygiene, and unusable internet made it unlivable for me.

This was easily one of the best stays I’ve had in Vietnam, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, by far the best I’ve slept in during my time in the country. The studio apartment was fully furnished, spotless, and had everything I needed for a five night stay. Located in a hotel right next to the beach, it offered the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. The host and team were incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to assist with anything I needed. Highly recommend!

Huy is an excellent host and I would highly recommend staying at his place when you are next in Danang. The apartment is beautiful and right by the seaside. Being in a hotel it also brings you those additional amenities & the view across the city from the Top Bar is as fascinating as it is stunning. You’d be a fool to pass this one by, we will certainly be back again !!

Huy and team were super responsive from when we first booked the apartment til the end of our stay with very prompt responses for any queries. We booked at 4:15 after a booking went wrong and the team met us at the apartment at 4:45, giving us directions and tips for everything a tourist would and could ask. Apartment itself is exceptionally clean, well-stocked and nicely decorated with everything you could possibly need and more. Apartment being a private apartment felt like home away from home with comfortable beds, sufficient pillows, fresh linen and toiletries. The Apartment was located right opposite the beach and handy to restaurants, massages and scooter rentals. We also utilised the rooftop bar, the gym and the infinity pool as much as we could. Seamless check in and check out with great service all around. We had a great stay and would recommend the team and their apartment to those visiting Da Nang. This was our best stay and service in Vietnam. Thank you again. A++++
