Жили две недели семьёй 4 человека, удобно ходить на пляж, вид на море только с балкона, апарты расположены с торца здания, уборка по запросу, есть питьевая вода в бутылях. Из минусов, музон от ежедневной дискотеки до 22:00, бассейн на крыше платный, не хватает стиральной машины. Это частные апартаменты и к гостинице они не относятся. Но в целом, все понравилось, прижились:)), за все время поймал штук пять муравьев и одного таракана, хороший результат. Для первой линии цена просто класс. Спасибо хозяйке. Что можно улучшить. Поставить диспенсер (крантик в бутылке так себе решение) и стиральную машину.

KhenPositiveОчень близко к пляжу, большая площадь апартаментов (мы брали с двумя спальнями). Есть все необходимое: большие бутыли с водой, посуда, моющие/чистящие, куча вешалок и полотенец.
ChêNegativeВ одной спальне в душе очень маленькая перегородка, но это вина застройщика. После переселились в другие апарты в этом же здании, там то же самое. Соответственно, когда ты моешься, то вода заливает весь санузел.

“Nice but expensive”
Property is part hotel and part apartment. I went with apartment. Wish I chose hotel as it's less expensive and includes breakfast and use of the pool. Apartment users need to pay daily to use the pool.

Good facilities and location. Easy to walk to the beach and seafood restaurants. Nice service from the host Our family had great holidays here!

KhenPositivePrice was worthy for the location, facilities and airport pick-up. The staff were really nice and helpful. Though the apartment does not belong to (but private managed) the hotel but even the hotel staff were friendly and helpful in any cases. There are two separated bathrooms and it was for us the highlight. At the balcony of the living room we can see the sea very well and it is not too loud even though it locates directly at the main streets.
ChêNegativeSince we have a small child, it is obvious that the floor is not so clean. My child seemed to collect dirt on the floor quite well. But it is just a tiny problem. But we don’t like and don’t understand, why there is no way to get fresh air in one bed room and there is no window in the other room. It was quite difficult to fresh up the apartment since we do not like turning on the air condition all the time.

Great place next to the beach
“Impeccable apartment. Comfortable stay.”
KhenPositiveI appreciate the host's responsiveness and we absolutely enjoyed an extremely comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was pristinely clean. The location was prime with access to many restaurants, cafe, streetfood vendors, pharmacies, supermarkets. The staff were also quite professional. We would certainly stay at this listing and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.

숙소는 사진과 거의 일치했어요.리모델링이 되어있었고 룸 청결했고 위치도 좋습니다.한가지 아쉬운점은 인피니티풀이 유료라는 점이었습니다.그것 빼고는 4인가족이 이용하기에 아주 만족스러운 내집같은 장소입니다. El alojamiento esta en el Hotel, tiene una excelente ubicación,cruzas la calle y ya estás en la playa, en el día no hay mucha actividad, pero al bajar el sol la playa toma vida y hay muy buen ambiente. A 20 minutos andando llegaras al puente del Dragón y al mercado de noche con mucha variedad gastronómica. Justo al lado del Hotel hay dos minimercados donde encontrarás lo básico que necesitas ,más Restaurantes y Spa por donde quiera. Останавливались семьей в этих апартаментах. Отличная квартира в отеле A la carte beach Danang. Услуги отеля все платные, бассейн в том числе. Бассейн супер на крыше. Круглосуточная охрана, парковка, тренажерный зал , рестораны. Расположение также понравилось тем, что немного народу как в центре, и цены везде ниже чем в центре. До центра пляже khe beach около 2,5 -3 кило километров, такси стоит копейки дешево. В центре всКафешек рядом тоже достаточно много под разный бюджет. Магазины мини маркеты также рядом. Пляж такой же как везде хороший, но бич клабы простые и с плохим сервисом, поэтому мы ездили на такси в Kala Kala beach club там нам очень понравилось и бассейн есть. Сама квартира с боковом видом на море и пляж , но вид хороший. В квартире есть всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, хотя мы немного готовили , иногда завтраки. Квартира очень уютная, три комнаты вместе с гостиной, две душевых, смарт-тв. Спасибо управляющей и владельцу апартаментов всегда шли на встречу и помогали в любых вопросах.

KhenPositiveVery nice place to stay, good view. Just a bit weird how the rooms are not affiliated with the hotel that they’re in so the people at the front desk cannot help you with anything and you have to organize a meeting with someone to pay and you can’t freely use the facilities in the building.

Huy is an excellent host and I would highly recommend staying at his place when you are next in Danang. The apartment is beautiful and right by the seaside. Being in a hotel it also brings you those additional amenities & the view across the city from the Top Bar is as fascinating as it is stunning. You’d be a fool to pass this one by, we will certainly be back again !!

Huy and team were super responsive from when we first booked the apartment til the end of our stay with very prompt responses for any queries. We booked at 4:15 after a booking went wrong and the team met us at the apartment at 4:45, giving us directions and tips for everything a tourist would and could ask. Apartment itself is exceptionally clean, well-stocked and nicely decorated with everything you could possibly need and more. Apartment being a private apartment felt like home away from home with comfortable beds, sufficient pillows, fresh linen and toiletries. The Apartment was located right opposite the beach and handy to restaurants, massages and scooter rentals. We also utilised the rooftop bar, the gym and the infinity pool as much as we could. Seamless check in and check out with great service all around. We had a great stay and would recommend the team and their apartment to those visiting Da Nang. This was our best stay and service in Vietnam. Thank you again. A++++
