We are delighted to have hosted you at our villa. To keep your last morning easy, here is a quick run-through of the check-out process.
🕒 Check-out:
Before 11:00 AM on «checkout date»
🚪 Locking up:
Please close any open windows and switch off the AC, TV, lights and the stove.
When you leave, close the front door fully and pull the gate shut behind you.
🧺 Housekeeping:
Just leave all used towels on the bathroom floor — no need to tidy anything else.
🧳 Flying out later in the day?
You are welcome to leave your luggage with us after check-out. Just let us know and we will arrange it.
💬 One last thing:
Once you have left, would you mind sending us a quick message so we can let the cleaners know? And if there is anything else we can do for you, please tell us.
