We booked at 4:15 after a booking went wrong and the team met us at the apartment at 4:45, giving us directions and tips for everything a tourist would and could ask. Apartment itself is exceptionally clean, well-stocked and nicely decorated with everything you could possibly need and more. Apartment being a private apartment felt like home away from home with comfortable beds, sufficient pillows, fresh linen and toiletries. The Apartment was located right opposite the beach and handy to restaurants, massages and scooter rentals. We also utilised the rooftop bar, the gym and the infinity pool as much as we could. Seamless check in and check out with great service all around. We had a great stay and would recommend the team and their apartment to those visiting Da Nang. I was meant to stay for three weeks but left after just two nights. The main issue was the noise, there’s a karaoke bar next door that blasts music until 5 a.m. If you’re a light sleeper, even with earplugs, you won’t get any rest here. The internet technically shows 50+ Mbps, but the latency is so bad that everything lags. Clicking around online felt like a throwback to dial-up days. Not suitable for working remotely or doing anything that requires real-time responsiveness. Cleanliness was also disappointing. I found hair from the previous guest on the bed, in the towel, and even on the kitchen counter. It didn’t feel clean or comfortable. Doing my workout on the floor you can see the layer of dust and hair. The flat itself is fine layout-wise, but the noise, poor hygiene, and unusable internet made it unlivable for me. |
